Abstract
Fetal heart rate monitoring is very important for improving the quality of perinatal fetus. At present, the common fetal heart rate monitoring is always based on the fetal heart sound, which is difficult for long time fetal heart monitoring, and fetal ECG contains more information about fetal health. Therefore, it is of great value for research on fetal ECG monitoring. Although there is a long time in the research on the fetal ECG monitoring. But, it has not yet reached the goal of mature application. In this article, the current research situation of fetal ECG in domestic and overseas was summarized, and the difficulties of the fetal heart monitoring were analyzed at the same time. Then several methods of fetal heart monitoring and their development were introduced briefly. Next, the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of algorithms were analyzed.关键词
