Abstract
Objective Through observing the executive condition of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic techniques Practice (2004 Edition) in Tongchuan medical institutions and analyzing the existing problems, this paper aimed to search the measures to promote the endoscope disinfection quality. Methods 19 medical institutions with endoscopic service in Tongchuan was chose to survey the basic information by telephone and on-site inspection, and disinfectant and disinfected endoscopes were sampled for detection. Results In 19 medical institutions, 78.95% institutions arranged persons to clean and disinfect endoscopes, 68.42% of the institutions set up special decontamination room, 89.47% monitored sterilization effects and trained the personnel every year, and endoscope storage was regulated in 75.00% institutions. The result of 98 disinfected endoscope sampling survey showed the total qualified rate was 67.35% (66/98) and the top three were laparoscopic (100%), laryngoscope (87.50%) and bronchoscopy (63.64%) respectively. The qualified rate of active component content was 78.57%(44/56) in collected 56 endoscope disinfectants. Conclusion Management of endoscopic disinfection in Tongchuan medical institutions was normative, but there are still some problems in some respects of the implementation of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic techniques Practice (2004 Edition). The management of endoscopes cleaning and disinfection should be strengthen to ensure the eligibility criteria before using.关键词
