摘要
Abstract
Considering the problem of adverse events monitoring work, combining with the actual situation of hospital, we raised an optimum three-level feedback system in our research. The feedback is from the departments of government supervision to medical institutions, and from medical institutions to the department with adverse events. The construction of the system increased the efficiency of adverse events feedback in each department, ensured efficient information communication of the monitoring operation, and improved the security of medical equipment in medical institutions.关键词
