多囊卵巢综合征合并代谢综合征与脂质蓄积指数的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of polycystic ovary syndrome with metabolic syndrome and lipid accumulation index

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between lipid accumulation index(LAP)and metabolic syndrome(MS)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and to provide clinical evidence for the prevention and diagnosis of PCOS combined with MS.Methods One hundred and forty one cases of PCOS patients who treated in our hospital during January 2014 to December 2016 were chosen as study objects.Among them,48 cases were combined with MS and they were enrolled in the study group;93 cases who without MS were enrolled in the control group.The LAP and other indexes in two groups were analyzed.Results The LAP level of the observation group was higher than that of control group(t=-17.908,P=0.000);PCOS and MS patients'' LAP and WC,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FPG)2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),three glycerol(TG)showed a positive correlation with HOMA and IR(r=0.917,r=0.624,r=0.539,r=0.504,r=0.567,r=0.946,P<0.01),and was negatively correlated high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(r=-0.703,P=0.000).LAP is an effective index for diagnosing PCOS combined with MS,with the greatest specificity(0.971)and sensitivity(0.939)at LAP > 50.7.Conclusion The level of LAP in patients with PCOS is closely related to the occurrence of MS and LAP has an important clinical value in the prevention and diagnosis of PCOS combined with MS.关键词
