工业脂肪酶催化菜籽油制备生物柴油的研究
Study on Producing Biodiesel with Industrial Lipase Catalyzed Rapeseed Oil
摘要
Abstract
The effect of methanol addition method,lipase dosage,temperature changes,methanol-oil ratio,amount of organic solvent were discussed on the yield of biodiesel.The results of orthogonal experiments were showed as follows:the reaction temperature 45 ℃C and lipase amount 3％ (by the weight of the oil),the molar ratio of methanol to oil 2 ∶ 1,the molar ratio of n-Hexane to rapeseed oil 1 ∶ 1,continuous dropping methanol addition,reaction time 40h,the maximum methyl esters yield was over 72.5％.关键词
