Stability of Hepatitis B Virus Model with Delay and Saturation Incidence
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,we introduce an HBV model with delay and saturation incidence,and we consider the cure of infected cells.We obtain the basic reproduction number R0.When R0 < 1,using the theory of Lyapunov function,we prove that the disease free equilibrium is global asymptotically stable for any delay and the infection becomes extinct eventually.At last,we choose prior parameters and make some numerical simulations to verify the conclusion.关键词
