在OP作用下二安替比林苯基甲烷与Cr(Ⅵ)的光度法研究

摘要
Abstract
This article has studied the spectrophotometric determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in the best color conditions with diantipyryl phenyl methane.The study concluded that in the presence of phosphoric acid,emulsifier OP and catalyst MnSO4,diantipyryl phenyl methane and chromium(Ⅵ) can react quickly to generate an orange complex after water bath heating 15 minutes.Maximum absorbance of the product is at 480 nm with the apparent molar absorptivity of 1.56 × 105 L · mol-1 · cm-1.The content of Cr(Ⅵ) is in line with the Lambert Bill's law in the range of 0 ~ 12 μg/50 mL.The method has good selectivity,reliable and rapid method,and is used for the determination of chromium content.关键词
