Intermittent sampling repetitive control for roll eccentricity compensation
摘要
Abstract
In the light of the difficulty of roll eccentricity compensation caused by its high and unstable frequency,a new intermittent sampling repetitive control compensation method is provided. Firstly, the plate thickness feedback signal is converted into angle domain signal based on order analysis principle, to make the eccentric disturbance in the feedback thickness signal has a strict periodicity. Secondly,according to the characteristic of strip rolling and roll eccentricity,the special repetitive controller is designed, and an intermittent adjustment sampling controller is used to overcome the problem of thickness signal delay. This system is embedded into the AGC system to eliminate the influence of roll eccentricity on the exit thickness.By modeling and simulation in the MATLAB/SIMULINK,it is showed that the repetitive controller can decrease the 80% of variation of thickness deviation caused by roll eccentricity after 50 rotations of supporting roller.关键词
