干旱胁迫对皱叶酸模相关生理指标的影响
Effect of Drought Stress on Physiological Characteristics of Rumex crispus L.

Abstract
In this work, the physiological effect of artificial drought stress mimicked using polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) on the seedlings of Rumex crispus L.is studied.Results show that, with the level of drought stress increased, the chlorophyll content tends to decrease;while the relative electrical conductivity, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline tends to increase.Drought stress also causes the enzymatic antioxidant response, the SOD and CAT activity shows an upward trend at the initial phase and then decreases when the drought stress rises above a threshold level, but their maximum values doesn''t appear at the same time.These results indicate that the seedlings of R.crispus can adapt to the mild and moderate drought stress through regulating the content of proline and the activity of enzymatic antioxidant element.关键词
