基于重心邻域算法的无铁心永磁同步直线电机优化设计研究

Abstract
Gravity Neighborhood Center Algorithm (GNCA) was introduced to solve the Multi-objective design optimization problems of permanent magnet permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM).Aiming at the PMSLM which was applied in microsecond laser cutting machines,equivalent magnetization method was adopted to analyze the gap flux density,induced EMF harmonic distortion rate,thrust and thrust ripple.The variables are structure parameters such as permanent magnet,pole pitch,air gap,et al,the optimization goal is the lowest harmonic distortion rate and thrust ripple as the average thrust remain unchanged.According to the relationship of global optimum with the objective function's gravity center,GNCA was adopted to search the best combination of structure parameters which can result in the best performances by locating the gravity center rapidly and accurately.The results gained by GNCA has a good consistency with design goals,the validity and efficiency are certified by Finite element simulation and prototype experiments.关键词
