An Analytical Calculation Method of Leakage Inductance in High-power High-frequency Transformers Considering Frequency-dependence Characteristics

Abstract
The leakage inductance of the high-power high-frequency transformer is greatly affected by the high-frequency eddy current effect of windings.However,there are no effective analytical methods considering the frequency-dependence characteristics of leakage inductance.After analyzing the mechanism and components of the frequency-dependence leakage inductance,a new analytical calculation method for the frequency-dependence leakage inductance was proposed.A 4.5kHz,5kVA high-frequency transformer test model with amorphous alloy core was designed and made,and the finite element analysis (FEA) simulation and measurement were carried out to verify the validity of the new method.The results show that the global mean relative deviation of the new method is 8.14%.Considering the impact of winding configurations,the analytical calculation formula for leakage inductance with complete interleaved winding configuration was also deduced,and the influence of interleaving arrangement on leakage inductance in wide frequency band was made clear.关键词
