Abstract
With the increase of demand response resources and the introduction of bilateral interaction in the power sale market,the active distribution system and corresponding operation framework is required.Based on the analysis of characteristics of various generalized demand response resources,and with combination of the future power sale market features such as pluralistic players and diversified modes,the aggregation agent of consumer resources is proposed to integrate the demand response ability within user agent areas,and to respond to the operation and scheduling demand of distribution network.A three-layer architecture and operation organization system is developed of active distribution system consisting of power sale companies,aggregation agents and response consumers,which is suitable for smart grid construction and power market development requirements.And the function,profit model and synergetic mechanism of main entities in the system are analyzed and designed.关键词
