摘要
Abstract
Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptors are important targets for sphingosine-1-phosphate to play roles in cells,and five subtypes of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptors are included,which are widely expressed in all systems including cardiovascular system.The receptors have various important biological effects on vasodilatation,vascular endothelial barrier function,ischemia reperfusion injury,atherosclerosis,etc.This paper makes a review on roles and mechanisms of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 3 in cardiovascular system.关键词
