西替利嗪口服溶液联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿急性哮喘的临床研究
Clinical trial of cetirizine oral solution combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with acute asthma

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cetirizine oral solution combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with acute asthma.Methods A total of eighty-six children with acute asthma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 43 cases per group.Control group was given budesonide suspension 1.0 mg,bid with 15 min per time by atomization treatment.Treatment group was given cetirizine oral solution 10 mL bid oral,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 7 d.The clinical effi cacy,forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume 1 second (FEV1),mid expiratory flow value (MMF),max volume value (MVV) and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 95.35％ (41/43 cases) and 76.74％ (33/43 cases) with statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:FVC were (2951.03 ± 107.21),(2041.62 ± 112.24) mL;FEV1 were (2014.85 ± 102.19),(1523.65 ± 102.21) mL;MMF were (2.52 ± 0.46),(2.14 ± 0.38)L · s-1;MVV were (64.36 ± 3.17),(55.74 ± 3.26)L,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in two groups were based on drowsiness,diarrhea,heart rate,dry mouth and dizziness,the incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 23.26％ and 18.60％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine oral solution combined with budesonide suspension has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with acute asthma,which can improve the patients' lung function,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
