雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗老年浅表性胃炎的临床研究
Clinical trial of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with superficial gastritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin tablets in the treatment of elderly with superficial gastritis.Methods A total of 66 cases with elderly superficial gastritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 33 cases per group.Two groups were treated with clarithromycin 500 mg bid oral and amoxicillin 20 mg bid oral for 14 days.On the basis,control group was given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets 20 mg bid oral for 28 d,while the treatment group was given rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets 20 mg bid oral for 28 d.The clinical efficacy,serum gastrin,superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 90.91％ (30/33 cases) and 69.70％ (23/33 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:serum gastrin were (62.00 ± 6.50),(83.48 ±9.17) pg · L-1;SOD were (101.42 ± 11.05),(95.33 ± 10.07) U · mL-1;MDA were (4.49 ±0.61),(5.00 ± 0.64) μmol · L-1,with significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in treatment group were based on gastrointestinal discomfort,fatigue and headache,which in control group were gastrointestinal discomfort,elevated aminotransferase,awareness and insomnia.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 9.09％ and 15.15％,without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin tablets has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly with superficial gastritis,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
