灯盏乙素对瑞舒伐他汀在大鼠体内药代动力学的影响
Effect of scutellarin on the pharmacokinetics of rosuvastatin in rats

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of scutellarin on the pharmacokinetics of rosuvastatin in rats.Methods Eighty male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ (n =6).The 3 groups were all orally given rosuvastatin 10 mg · kg-1,and at the same time,experimental group Ⅰ was given scutellarin 50 mg · kg-1,and the rats in experimental group Ⅱ were pretreated with scutellarin 50 mg · kg-1 once a day for 7 days.Finally,blood samples were collected at different time points and analyzed to determined the blood concentration of scutellarin by LC-MS.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and analyzed with DAS2.1 software.Results Compared with control group,the Cmax and AUC0-t of rosuvastatin in experimental group Ⅰ respectively increased by about 55％ and 60％,while the CL2/F decreased by about 40％ with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with control group,the Cmax and AUC0-t of rosuvastatin in experimental group Ⅱ respectively increased by about 60％ and 70％,while the CL2/F decreased by about 43 ％ significantly (P ＜ 0.05).There were no statistical differences among the C AUC0-t and CL2/F of experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The scutellarin in rats can affecte the pharmacokinetics of rosuvastatin,and the pharmacokinetics of rosuvastatin treated with single and multiple doses of scutellarin in rats showed no significant differences(50 mg · kg-1).关键词
