Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in antifungal treatment of patients with Mucor infection.Methods Clinical pharmacists were involved in the treatment of a diabetes mellitus patient with Mucor infection and secondary renal insufficiency,antifungal drug selection in renal insufficiency condition,and put forward the pharmaceutical care for this patient.Results and conclusion The patient's condition were improved and the patient was discharged finally,clinical pharmacists help to ensure the safe and effective use of drugs by providing clinical antifungal treatment.关键词
