肾移植术后1例患者的药学监护
Pharmaceutical care for a patient after renal transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists participating in the treatment of patients after renal transplantation.Methods Clinical pharmacists participate in pharmaceutical care of patients after Renal Transplantation and provide individualized pharmaceutical care including genetic testing,and improved treatment scheme,proposed pharmacy recommendations and patient education.Results and conclusion The patient's condition was improved and discharged finally.Pharmaceutical care for patients after renal transplantation should focus on therapeutic regimen of immune inhibitors,treatments of other complications,medication education and lifestyle guidance.关键词
