丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性颅脑损伤患者炎症因子的影响
Influence of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on inflammatory factor in acute craniocerebral injury patients

Abstract
Objective To observe the inflammatory factor influence of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on acute craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 41 cases.Control group was given 5％ glucose injection 500 mL and routine treatment,once a day.Treatment group was intravenous given Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection 5 mL on the basis of control group,1 time a day.The course was 7 d.The tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8),hemodynamics,ability of daily life (ADL) score,neural function score in two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 in treatment group were (124.32 ± 10.23),(154.43 ± 10.34),(135.45 ± 10.34) pg · mL-1,had significant difference with those in control group,which were (156.43 ± 11.43),(183.32 ± 8.54),(189.34 ± 14.32) pg · mL-1 (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the originally fibrin,microcirculation length,red blood cell degeneration coefficient in treatment group were (3.05 ± 0.43)g · L-1,(24.43 ± 2.32)s,1.32±0.12,had significant difference with those in control group,which were (3.47 ± 0.48)g · L-1,(27.56 ± 2.84) s,1.08 ± 0.11 (all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the nerve function score and ADL score in treatment group were (10.43 ± 1.32),(63.54 ± 1.02)points,had significant difference with those in control group,which were (15.33 ± 1.67),(53.43 ± 2.16) points (all P ＜ 0.05).There was 1 case of mild rash in treatment group,and no adverse drug reactions in control group,with no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection can significantly reduce the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with acute brain injury,and can improve the clinical symptoms,have a good efficacy and high safety.关键词
