皮下美容缝合技术在阴道分娩会阴侧切术中的应用观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the application of subcutaneous plastic suture in vaginal delivery and episiotomy. Methods 60 cases of vaginal delivery by the side of the perineum incision of primipara were collected from June 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology. All cases were treated by subcutaneous suture. The time, duration of pain and length of hospital stay were recorded. The laceration of the incision and the healing of the incision and the adverse reactions were measured. Results The length of hospital stay (3.91±0.68) d, pain time (3.25±0.63)d and suture time (15.71±5.04) min. In the production process of maternal skin tear in 3.33% (2/60) and no occurrence of full-thickness tear; after surgery, maternal wound healing wounds healed grade A 54 cases, grade B healing 5 cases, 1 cases of poor wound healing. There was 1 case of incisional infection and 2 cases of head thread reaction. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%(3/60). Conclusion The use of subcutaneous plastic suture could accelerate incision healing and lessen scar, which was worthy of clinical reference.关键词
