皮肤滚针导入积雪苷霜软膏治疗早期增生性瘢痕的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of needle-inducing Jixuegan cream in patients with early hypertrophic scar. Methods 100 patients with early hypertrophic scars were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=50) and control group (n=50). The patients in observation group were treated with skin needle into Jixuegan cream ointment, the control group with Jixuegan cream ointment for treatment. The two groups of patients were treated for 2 courses of continuous. The vancouver scar scale (VSS), including the scar color, thickness, vascular distribution and softness, were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The VSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group(80%) was higher than that of the control group(50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The two groups of patients did not have serious adverse reactions. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Skin needle into Jixuegan cream in the treatment of early hyperplastic scar is effective and safe, and worthy of popularization and application.关键词
