Abstract
Objective The application effect of light cured resin was used to repair the anterior teeth. Methods In the stomatology department of our hospital are selected by light cured resin was 105 cases of patients with anterior teeth restoration, a total of 208 teeth, continuous observation of and 1-5 years in patients before tooth repair effect of statistics. Results After 5 years curing composite resin restoration of anterior teeth the total efficiency were 90.8%, 85.6%, 79.1%, 75.8%, 73.4%, total repair of anterior teeth have greatly reduced the efficiency since third years, compared to first years, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of anterior teeth repair was 73.4% at fifth years, and decreased by 17.8% compared with first years (P<0.01). Conclusion The short-term effect of light cured composite resin on anterior teeth is remarkable, but further study and improvement of material quality and operation technique are needed to ensure long-term effect.关键词
