摘要
Abstract
Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is classified as one associated with thrombosis and/or pathological pregnancy and being persistently positive for antiphospholipid antibodies.APS can increase pregnancy complications,such as recurrent pregnancy loss,premature birth,stillbirth,intrauterine death,preeclampsia,and fetal growth restriction.An association is found between adverse pregnancy outcome and thrombophilias.Treatment for perinatal APS are mainly symptomatic treatment,preventing the recurrence of thrombosis and pathological pregnancy.The use of lowdose aspirin and heparin has improved the pregnancy outcome in obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome.关键词
