摘要
Abstract
The physiological and pathological changes of thrombophilia in pregnant women with autoimmune diseases often lead to severe pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Low molecular weight heparin and aspirin,as the safe pregnancy medication,play an important role in improving the outcomes of these patients.Standardized treatment of anticoagulation helps to improve the maternal and fetal adverse outcomes.关键词
