孕妇焦虑抑郁情绪的正念练习效果研究
Effects of mindfulness training on anxiety and depression of pregnant women: results of a pilot study

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness training on anxiety and depression of pregnant women.Methods One hundred and fifteen late-stage pregnant voluntary women were included in guidance groups from antenatal clinic of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2016 and were divided into mindfulness training group (38),Rational-Emotive Therapy (RET) group (40) and control group (37) according to their clinic dates by cluster distribution.The intervention effects were evaluated by self-made general information questionnaire and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD) among four periods:before intervention,after intervention,after 7 days of selfexercise and 2-7 days after delivery.Results Anxiety and depression in the two intervention groups showed a tendency of falling,and compared with the control group,the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.01).The results of comparison in anxiety between the mindfulness training group and control group was β11=1.05 (P<0.001),and β11=0.75 (P<0.01)in depression.Conclusion Compared with the RET therapy,mindfulness training is proved to be effective to relieve the anxiety and depression emotions of late-stage pregnant women.That means mindfulness training has a certain influence on reducing the occurrence of postpartum depression.关键词
