早期卵巢交界性肿瘤行保留生育功能手术50例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 50 cases receiving fertility-sparing surgery for early-stage borderline ovarian tumor

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,therapy and prognosis of early-stage borderline ovarian tumor (BOT).Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical files of the 50 cases who were diagnosed with FIGO stageⅠ BOT and underwent fertility-sparing surgery in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from Jan.2007 to Dec.2014.Results The mean age of the 50 patients was 31.82 years:25 cases were stage Ⅰ a,2 cases were stage Ⅰ b and 23 cases were stage Ⅰ c.The pathological diagnoses of the tumors were serous in 27,mucinous in 18 and others in 5.There were 3 recurrent patients among 40 cases who were followed up.The relapse rate was 7.5％.There were no statistically significant differences between the fertility-sparing comprehensive staging surgery group and the unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy or pure ovarian cystectomy group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion For the patients with early-stage BOT who want to retain fertility,unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy or pure ovarian cystectomy can be performed with close follow-up,which is safe and feasible.There is no effect on overall survival and recurrence risk can be acceptable.关键词
