复发性阿弗他溃疡的心理因素分析
Analysis of the psychological factors in recurrent aphthous ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationship between psychological factors and recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU),and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of RAU.Methods Eighty RAU patients treated in Nanjing Stomatology Hospital,Medical School of Nanjing University from February 2016 to August 2016 were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy people with matched age and gender were selected as the control group.Both groups were made to fill in the psychological scales for researchers to analyze their mental state.The scales included Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-RSC).The datas were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results The results of SAS and SDS showed that the standard scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The survey results of EPQ showed that N scores of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is close relationship between the development of RAU and the personality characters as well as psychological state of patients.关键词
