摘要
Abstract
Locally advanced pancreatic cancer leaves us endless confusion and reflection in clinical definition, resectability, neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, and surgical strategies. The biological behavior of the tumor determines the prognosis ultimately. The multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer, based on surgical resection, is changing from"morphological model"to"biological model". The prediction of biological behavior of pancreatic cancer and the screening of subclinical micrometastasis play an important role in the rational treatment of patients.关键词
