摘要
Abstract
Frequent involvement with major artery in abdomen is an important reason for low resection rate as well as poor prognosis in pancreatic cancer. For pancreatic cancer patients with artery involvement, surgeons should put themselves in the multidisciplinary treatment chain. Modern surgical techniques,including"artery-first"approach,artery divestment technique and artery combined resection,should be applied in selective patient population. The purpose should be to achieve R0/R1 resection,in order to improve the long-term survival of patients.关键词
