改良Appleby手术治疗局部进展期胰腺癌有效性探讨
Efficacy of modified Appleby procedure in locally advanced pancreatic cancer
摘要
Abstract
Modified Appleby procedure used to show unsatisfying therapeutic effect in treatment for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Along with applications of neoadjuvant therapy,advances of surgical techniques,and proper determination of excision extension,modified Appleby procedure improves R0 rate in locally advanced cancer in the body and tail of the pancreas,with a better long-term survival. Currently, the Appleby procedure should be performed in large pancreatic centers for carefully selected patients with preoperative multidisciplinary discussion.关键词
