摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the existing pattern of rural doctors' continuing education and study the three-in-one mode of rural doctors' Internet plus continuing education in the new situation.Methods By using literature review and field survey,we analyzed the status of rural doctors'continuing education.With SWOT model,the paper discusses the three-in-one mode of rural doctors' Internet plus continuing education.Results We propose the three-in-one mode of rural doctors' Internet plus continuing education.Conclusion The new educational mode,which has strong advantages and comply with the development of the times and China's acuality,will promote the development of rural doctors'continuing education.关键词
