基于临床路径的PBL教学法在骨科研究生临床带教中的应用
Application of problem-based learning combined with clinical pathway in clinical teaching for orthopedic postgraduates

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with clinical pathway (CP) in clinical teaching for orthopedic postgraduates.Methods Totally 32 orthopedic postgraduates in clinical practice were selected and divided into trial group and control group,with 16 students in each group.Students in the trial group were taught with CP-based PBL method while those in the control group were taught with the traditional method.After the practice,teaching effects were evaluated by tests of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice ability and case analysis as well as questionnaire on the students' satisfaction with teaching.Results The students in the trial group significantly outperformed those in the control group in test of theoretical knowledge,test of clinical practice ability and ability of clinical case analysis.They also got obviously higher scores in satisfaction with teaching and learning initiative revealed by the questionnaire survey (both P < 0.01).Conclusion PBL based on CP method not only has an obvious advantage in upgrading the effects and quality of clinical teaching for orthopedic postgraduates,but also can improve students'learning initiative and satisfaction with teaching.关键词
