PET-CT受检者周围剂量水平检测与分析
The detection and analysis of dose level for ambient of the patient received PET-CT examination

Abstract
Objective: To grasp the level of dose equivalent rate for ambient of patients at different time and different distance after they were injected radiopharmaceuticals during the detection of PET-CT, and evaluate the key point of protection during the process of detection. Methods: 20 patients received detection of PET-CT were selected and a fast measurements platform was established. In the measurement, the real time data of portable instrument of γ ambient dose equivalent rate were sent to client of laptop by extended wire. And the results of detection could be real time recorded on remote. The ambient dose equivalent rates of different time, different direction and different distance were detected after the patients were injected 18F-FDG. Results: The range of ambient dose equivalent rate was 15.1μSv/h~33.9μSv/h when the distance was 1m between detected point and patients who were injected 18F-FDG, and then the rate decreased to 7.47μSv/h~20.2μSv/h after PET-CT detection finished. This meant its descend amplitude was 40.8%~78.3%. On the direction of detection, the ambient dose equivalent rate of prethorax and backside of patients were higher than the left and right side of them. For different distance, the ambient dose equivalent rate of 0.5m away from patients was rough 3 times of that of 1m away from patients. Conclusion: During the detection of PET-CT, the ambient dose equivalent was higher than normal level after patients were injected 18F-FDG, therefore, the protection for caretakers and the management for patients injected 18F-FDG should be strengthened so as to reduce the radiation dose on related personnel.关键词
