消郁安神胶囊对慢性随机温和应激大鼠行为学的影响
Effect of Xiaoyu Anshen Capsule on Praxiology in Chronic Unpredictable Mild Stress Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyu Anshen Capsule on praxiology in chronic unpredictable mild stress ( CUMS ) rats. Methods CUMS rats models were established by CUMS combined with solitary feeding. The models were given Xiaoyu Anshen Capsule ( 3. 3 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg ) by intragastric administration, and then the praxiology changes in rats were observed through sugar preference and high plus maze experiment. Results The sugar preference experimental results showed that the sucrose preference partial rate of CUMS rats significantly reduced;In high plus maze experiment, the open arms entry times of CUMS rats and the percentage of stay time was significantly reduced than the normal group. Given Xiaoyu Anshen Capsule could dose dependently increase the sucrose preference partial rate of CUMS rats, and also could increase the open arms entry times and residence time ratio. Conclusion Xiaoyu Anshen Capsule can improve the depression praxiology of CUMS rats.关键词
