Effects of Symbicort Turbuhaler on Blood Gas Indexes and Pulmonary Function in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of symbicort turbuhaler on blood gas indexes and pulmonary function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) . Methods Totally 60 patients with stable COPD in our hospital in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, on this basis, the observation group was treated with symbicort turbuhaler ( 2 suction/times, 2 times/d ) . The course of treatment was 3 months. Results After treatment, the SaO2 and PaO2 of two groups were increased while the PaCO2 was decreased ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC of two groups were increased ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Symbicort turbuhalercan can obviously improve the blood gas indexes of patients with stable COPD and improve the lung function. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
