Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with comprehensive nursing inter-vention for treating angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease ( CHD ) . Methods Totally 160 patients with angina pectoris caused by CHD from May 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with conventional nursing intervention, while the study group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92. 50%, which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , the dosage of nitroglycerin and the time of symptom control of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Before the intervention, the heart function and negative emotion of the two groups were similar ( P > 0. 05 ) . At the time of discharge, the heart function and negative emotion of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by CHD has accurate effect, it can relieve negative emotion, accelerate the symptoms subsided, reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin, improve the heart function, it is worthy of clinical promtion.关键词
