摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of loratadine combined with Xanthium Powder in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods Totally 60 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from February to August 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine, while the study group treated with loratadine combined with Xanthium Powder. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 93. 33%, which was significantly higher than 86. 67% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The clinical symptom remission time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, the recurrence rates of the study group were 6. 67% and 13. 33%, which were significantly lower than 22. 33%, 33. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Loratadine combined with Xanthium Powder in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, significantly improve the effective rate of treatment and reduce the recurrence rate, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
