Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol on anesthesia for small area minimally invasive liposuction surgery. Methods Totally 160 patients with small area minimally invasive liposuction surgery in 2016 were divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The remifentanil group was treated with remifentanil combined with propofol, while the sufentanil group was treated with sufentanil and propofol. Results The anesthesia effect of small area minimally invasive liposuction in the sufentanil group was better than that in the remifentanil group ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the dosage of propofol between the two groups, but the postoperative recovery time in the sufentanil group was longer than that in the remifentanil group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Before anesthesia, the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the two groups were similar ( P > 0. 05 ) , during anesthesia, the changes of mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the sufentanil group were lower than those in the remifentanil group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rates of complications such as nausea, vomiting, restlessness and respiratory depression in the sufentanil group were lower than those in the remifentanil group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol has good effect on anesthesia for small area minimally invasive liposuction, it can effectively improve the anesthetic effect and prolong the duration of analgesia, reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting, restlessness, respiratory depression and other complications, and maintain vital signs and hemodynamic stability during the operation. It is high safety and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
