摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Alendronate Sodium Tablet ( Fosamax ) in prevention of refracture after osteo-porotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods Totally 80 patients with history of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Calcium Carbonate D3 Tablet, while the observation group was treated with Fosamax, and both groups were treated for 6 months. Results After treatment, the OPG of two groups decreased significantly while ALP and bone mineral density increased significantly, and the changes were more obvious in the observation group than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of refracture in the control group was 15. 00%, which was significantly higher than 2. 50% in the observation group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Fosamax can effectively reduce the incidence of refracture after osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture by increasing bone mineral density, decreasing OPG level and improving ALP level, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
