Abstract
Objective To standardize the drug administration in the hospital wards, and to improve the quality and safety management of drugs in the hospital wards. Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted on the quality and safety management of drugs in a hospital from April 2015 to January 2017, and the effect was evaluated. Results After the implementation of regular inspection and tracking the effectiveness of the monthly management, the standardized management level of first aid medicine, high alert drugs, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substance and spare drugs ( include refrigerated drugs and light avoiding drugs ) improved significantly. The inspection qualified rate of first aid medicine, high alert drugs, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substance, spare drugs was increased to 98. 33%, 97. 92%, 100. 00%, 96. 88%, respectively. Conclusion The quality and safety management should be institutionalized, standardized and normalized in order to ensure the quality and safety of drugs.关键词
