摘要

Abstract

Objective To improve the TLC identification of Rheum Palmatum and Radix Angelicae Sinensis of Daqili San. Methods Silica gel H with sodium carboxymethylcellulose as adhesive was used as stationary phase,with normal hexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid (30 :10 :0. 5)as developing solvent to separate 5 constituents of Rheum Palmatum in TLC. Hexane-ethyl acetate(4:1)was used as expansion agents in TLC of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. Results The chromatographic picture was clear,distinct,easy to identify and no interference after improvement. Conclusion The improvement of TLC identification of Rheum Palmatum and Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Daqili San is more adaptable and controllable,it can reach the quality control requirements,which is worthy of promotion.
