脑电熵指数及双频谱指数用于小儿七氟烷麻醉深度监测评价
Evaluation of EEG Entropy Index and Bispectral Index in Monitoring Analgesic Depth Induced by Sevoflurane Anaesthesia

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of EEG entropy index and bispectral index in monitoring analgesic depth induced by sevoflurane anaesthesia in children. Methods Totally 300 children patients undergoing pharynx,palatine tonsillectomy were randomly divided into 3 groups,100 cases in each group. The control group(group A)did not use EEG entropy index monitoring,the target value of SE in the test group 1 (group B1) was set to 55,and the target value of SE in the test group 2 (group B2) was set to 45. The effects of anesthesia depth monitoring were compared among the 3 groups. Results The levels of MAP at immediately before intubation (T1),immediately after intubation(T2),tonsillecotmu time(T3),adenoidectomy time(T4)and 5 min after extubation(T5)in group B1 had significant differences with those in group A( P < 0. 05),and the levels of MAP at T0,T2,T5 in group B1 had significant differ-ences with those in group B2( P < 0. 05). The levels of heart rate(HR)at T0,T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 in group B1 had significant differences with those in group A,and the levels of HR at T0,T3,T4,T5 in group B1 had significant differences with those in group B2( P < 0. 05). The levels of EtSEV at T2,T3,T4 in the group B1 were significantly different from group A and group B2( P < 0. 01). The respiratory recovery time of group B1 was (6. 6 ± 1. 3) min,compared with the group A and the group B2,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). The recovery time and extubation time of group B1 were(6. 8 ± 1. 2)min and(6. 8 ± 4. 3)min,compared with the group A and the group B2,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Compared with the other two groups,the recovery time and extubation time of the group B1 were shorter,the dosage of entropy and bispectral indexes in monitoring analgesic depth induced by sevoflurane anaesthesia was less,and the hemodynamics was more stable. Conclusion Both of the EEG entropy index and bispectral index in monitoring analgesic depth induced by sevoflurane anaesthesia have some effect,but the EEG entropy index is better.关键词
