复方氟米松软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹40例临床观察
Clinical Observation of Compound Flumetasone Ointment Combined with Narrow-Band UVB for Treating Pityriasisrosea in 40 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound flumetasone ointment combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of pityriasisrosea. Methods A total of 120 patients with pityriasisrosea treated in the department of dermatology from May 2016 to February 2017 in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,40 cases in each group. The flumetasone group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment,1 day sooner or later. The ultraviolet group was treated with a narrow-band UVB therapeutic apparatus,once every other day. The combined group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment combined with narrow-band UVB. Results 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,the PASI score of the combined group was significantly lower than those of the flumethasone group and the ultraviolet group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the flumethasone group and the ultraviolet group( P > 0. 05). The total effective rate in the combined group was 97. 50% ,which was significantly higher than 77. 50% in the flumethasone group and 75. 00% in the ultraviolet group( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the flumethasone group and the ultraviolet group( P > 0. 05). There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions a-mong the 3 groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Compound flumetasone ointment combined with narrow-band UVB has significant effect and safety on pityriasisrosea,it is worthy of clinical promotion,关键词
