摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Singulair combined with Symbicort Turbuhaler on pulmonary function and levels of inflammatory factors of children with cough variant asthma ( CVA ) . Methods Totally 90 children patients with CVA admitted to our hos-pital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Symbicort Turbuhaler, while the observation group was treated with Singulair on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment, the pulmonary function(FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC) of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05), but the levels of eosinophil cation and total IgE were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Singulair combined with Symbicort Turbuhaler in the treatment of CVA has good clinical effect, it can effectively improve pulmonary function and reduce serum inflammatory factors.关键词
