Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tirofiban on the degree of myocardial perfusion and cardiac function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with myocardial infarction(MI). Methods Totally 76 patients with MI underwent PCI in the hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected,all patients were treated with tirofiban during PCI,and all patients underwent color doppler ultrasonography after operation. 42 patients with myocardial perfusion Ⅰand Ⅱwere enrolled in the study group,and 34 patients with myocardial perfusion grade 0 were enrolled in the control group. The cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results 7 d and 3 months after operation, the LVEF,CO,SV,CI,ventricular septal shortening,left ventricular short axis shortening rate and Tei index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The appli-cation of tirofiban in patients with MI during PCI is helpful to improve the degree of myocardial perfusion,and the degree of my-ocardial perfusion is positively correlated with cardiac function.关键词
