摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medication combined with comprehensive nursing for treating elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods Totally 134 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,67 cases in each group. On the basis of routine use of cardiovascular drugs, the control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care. Results In the observation group,the total compliance rate was 94. 03%,the total effective rate was 95. 52%,and the total nursing satisfaction was 94. 03%,which was obvi-ously higher than 77. 61%,83. 58% and 80. 60% in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Medication combined with compre-hensive nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease has good effect,and can improve the patient's compli-ance and the satisfaction of nursing. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
