摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote the rational clinical application of Xingnaojing Injection. Methods Totally 60 cases were randomly selected from electronic medical records which had used Xingnaojing Injection from January to June 2015 and 60 cases from January to June 2016,and the application rationality of Xingnaojing Injection were evaluated considering with its dispensatory and relevant guidelines. Results In 120 medical records ,Xingnaojing Injection was unreasonable used involving with 2 cases( 1. 67% ) with unsuitable indications,1 case(0. 83%) with insufficient dosage,13 cases(10. 83%) with right type of solvent but with wrong solvent volumn of 100 mL,28 cases(23. 33%) that mixed with insulin or/and 10% potassium chloride injection,and 4 cases(3. 33%) that used for 16-22 d. Conclusion The hospital should focus on the infusion compatibility,solvent dose to improve the rational application of Xing-naojing Injection.关键词
