超声定位在宫廷理筋术治疗肱骨外上髁炎中的应用价值
The effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound for massage treatment of lateral epicondylitis

Abstract
Objective:Exploring the value of conventional scan sequence and functional imaging of MSUS in patients with LE. This study attempted to take advantage of the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound,to provide a more accurate way to locate a traditional massage to improve clinical results,and provide objective evidence for the efficacy of imaging. Methods:70 cases of patients with clinical diagnosed lateral epicondylitis after randomly divided into two groups,received examination of B-mode and CDFI. Experimental groups:After using the ultrasound guided lesions,with massage to treat lateral epicondylitis. Control Group:After using the traditional method of locating the lesion,with massage to treat lateral epicondylitis. The data of two groups were observed in VAS score,clinical efficacy,treatment times,and analyzed statistically before and after treatment. Re-sults: ①VAS scores:There were significantly different (P<0.01) after 7 days and 14 days of treatment. After 21 days,the two groups had no significant difference in VAS scores (P>0.05). ②By using Ridit analysis,the effective rates of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (Rexperimental group=0.435,Rcontrol group=0.568,P<0.05). ③There were significant differences between the two groups in the number of treatment (P<0.01),the experimental group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion:In this study,the massage by sonographical guide is superior than the traditional method. To relieve pain of the patients,the method by sonographical guide is significantly more quickly and efficiently than tra-ditional method. In the treatment of lateral humeral epicondylitis,the numbers of treatment may decrease by sonographical guid-ed manipulation compared with the traditional methods.关键词
