丁香酚对墨吉明对虾的麻醉效果
Anesthetic Effect of Eugenol on Fenneropenaeus merguiensis

Abstract
The anesthetic effects of eugenol on Fenneropenaeus merguiensis were investigated at the different eugenol concentration (50, 100, 150 and 180 mg·L-1), water temperature(20, 25 and 30 ℃), air exposure time (3, 6, 9 and 12 min) and body weight (1.5,3.5 and 13.4 g). The anesthetic time and recovery time were recorded. The results showed that the anesthetic time of F. merguiensis was decreased with the increase of the eugenol concentration and water temperature, and the recovery time of was increased with the increase of the eugenol concentration and the decrease of water temperature, under the eugenol concentration range of 50 – 180 mg·L-1 and water temperature of 20 – 30 ℃. Under the same eugenol concentrations condition, the recovery time was increased with the increase of air exposure time and body weight. Under the eugenol concentration range of 50 – 180 mg·L-1, the recovered rate was 100%. The results indicated that eugenol is a safe and efficient anesthetic for F. merguiensis.关键词
