鳕鱼皮寡肽减轻霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗毒性反应的效果研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cod skin peptide (CSPE) on toxic reactions of chemotherapy in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods Fifty patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups (n=25 in each group).Patients in intervention group received oral supplemental CSPE and those in control group were given placebo during chemotherapy.The hematologic and gastrointestinal toxicities and Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) were evaluated in two groups.Results The leukocyte counts and hemoglobin levels after chemotherapy in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).The KPS was also higher in intervention group (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in gastrointestinal toxicity between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion CSPE can be considered as a food supplement in alleviation of toxic reactions for patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.关键词
